Hi everyone ,I have been saving this marked envelope thinking I might find out someday where it came from and if it might have any value or do people collect these marks or what its even called.I think its German
I looked on the internet I have found similar but not the same.

It's German. Google translate - Postage 15 Pf. Please do not stick on envelope. Looks like the stamp fell off. No real value.

It is German and it basically says 15pf postage, please don't include a letter. I'm guessing it is for a certain mailing rate that applies to something other than normal mail correspondence. Not much to go on to assess who issued it. Is there a return address? I doubt there are many collectors who are interested in this type of material.
