Admittedly I don't pay much attention to the gum side of stamps. I am used to seeing a few spots, but not stripes like this. It seems to be discolored where gum is thicker.

These look like they were stored very poorly. Those stripes look like the were on one of those magnetic-photo album pages.

Opinion:
General occurrence when gum is stored in an humid environment.
The gum has began to soften with the advent of foxing.

These are the marks I found whence removing a pre stamped cover from a "magnetic" photo album.

Luckily I managed to pull this scan out of the recycle bin and cropped the bottom two blocks. Original scan was too big.

I have them all packed and taped up with a request to return.

Thank you very much.
If you would care to advise what you paid for them (off site if necessary)
I may be interested to purchase.

You have ISFILA # 27 BE146 (CV $22 Australian) in a multiple block
"Spot inside the crescent"
(Unable to suggest what premium block would be)

Sorry, CV $33 Australian Dollars in a Block of 4 (150 Turkish Lira)

If you still decide to return, may I have the vendor link please?

If still no, or you wish to keep, then many thanks for offering the image.
