Help With Austria P4

I tried to add it on an existing topic, but did not get any answer, so I decided to start a new topic.

Would love get an opinion on my copy of P4 as well. I'm pretty sure this is not a genuine original print, but hoping it is one of the official reprints. Also, it would be nice to get an opinion (guesstimate) on the value for insurance purposes (cataloging and appraising my entire collection). Since, 99% cannot afford a copy of a genuine stamp, next best thing would be an official reprint, if it is a reprint, I would think it has some value.

After some research I vaguely believe, that this is actually an early reprint the 1st, 2nd or 3rd (I'm leaning more towards 1st). I guesstimated the value at $200 US.

That stamp is a fake not a reprint .
