Issued today, 20th September '18.
Good to see some of the profits of A.P. helping out the section of the Community so hard hit at the moment.

I gave up on A.P. issues long ago so have not seen any of the markings that are on these stamps. Greater than, Less than, < >
(Two each side) plus four vertical lines (two each, top and bottom) What's that all about?

Regards to all
Ron.

Ron - I'd guess at security cuts to make re-use difficult, should any Australian stoop to such practices.

Yes, you are probably right.

Of course we would not stoop so low as to try to re-use stamps that have missed the cancellations, even though it might redress the balance for the way they mutilate the stamps on covers with biro and so on.

Cheers
Ron.
