Also, why not buy a used copy of Scott's Specialized. Being a revenue collector myself, my trusty 2008 Scott's Specialized works fine for the most part. I am planning on upgrading to the 2019 edition when it comes out but I haven't had any issues using it for the last 10 years.
As for rarity of RO24d, I have handled five singles and a block of four since 1993. This is one of the most difficult of the match stamps to acquire, especially for a nice appearing example.
