1866 Colmbian 50c Coat Of Arms Stamp Genuine? Color Seems Off

Hello, I am looking for information about this stamp.First off I am not sure it is genuine because the color seems off. I think it should be black/yellow but seems to be more green than yellow. Second, is this a tax stamp of some kind? I would also like to get a catalog number for it.

It is a postage due stamp, probably in the same first series as J2

Thank you vayolene, I was concerned about the color but I see it is a match. Also 1866 not 1865.
