Nice solid cover.
Stamp has the "O" flaw, so plate 7-10
You can check which one by matching the check letters using the photographs of the Nissen reconstruction that is on Spink's website:

Chipg, yes it looks like a plate 8. The 2 pillars of the H are similar in thickness and slanted to the bottom right.
