This one has me stumped. There are not many marks to help in plating this, what appears to be a Sc #24. And what few extraneous marks appear to be false leads. Like the smallish dot on the shoulder, the marks in the N, C and E of ONE CENT, the small mark below the O of ONE and the dark blotches below and between the lower right scroll and right plume. I've searched the databases for Plates 5-10 to no avail.

Caper, try 28L10.
You have a worn impression, and the example on Doporto's site is a strong impression, but it looks like a poss. match for the blur (scratch) above the top left ornament, and even poss the dot you have above the "S" in POSTAGE.

It looked like a "C" relief, but again, very worn impression.
Hope this helps....thanks, Ray

Take a look at 66L10. I think that looks like a better match than 28L10. I think a lot of the marks in "ONE CENT" are from a light, blue cancel. I put the corners up against Doporto's copy.

Please forgive me. I have mixed apples and oranges here.
The two lower scans in the post are of a different stamp I am trying to plate altogether. Please bear with me while I re-post the pics. The first is of a higher quality and shows the creases in the stamp more clearly.

Note - the spot above the S in Postage is not ink.

Ray, Jaxom...thanks for your help. Though both have many marks in common the 66L10 I feels is a bit more of a match. So many other marks on my stamp but none appear to be repeated marks and so don't show in Neinken or the Swedish Tigers site.
