I picked these up in a group of stamps I purchased. Any information out there would be appreciated? Value?

I don't think it an overprint, possibly a proof of a colour plate.
This design I believe is an omnibus, over several countries.
Try Albania 1962 for example (But not the english text)

I believe these are 2 proofs or (more likely) color trials for the 1962 overprints for Guinea. Since existing stamps were overprinted, all that were made for this issue were the overprints. There are different colors for different values, but in the case of color trials, the colors may not be exactly as issued. Here's a stamp from the issue:

Imperf proofs and color trials of French Commuity issues were and (I think) still are sold off en masse by the printers regularly. This pair might be worth a couple of dollars or so.

I believe Guinea may be the one as I found this along with other Guinea Stamps. Is there any value with the proofs?

You have a corner margin pair of proofs or color trials and the value is something around a couple of dollars total. Find a topicalist really interested in medicine/diseases and it might be worth a bit more to them.
