Came across these weird Indian dagger stamps. Does anyone have a value for these? *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

Looks like a revenue stamp made by clerk or tax collector ,maybe on a copy machine . |

Doesn't look like something that will appear in a catalogue certainly. Talking about copiers, the first copier was invented in 1938, but it did not come into the market until 1959. I presume this was much earlier, I could be wrong. |

This is a Stamped Paper from the state of Bundi, with additional adhesive revenues. It is most probably a court document, with the stamps paying Court Fees.
The catalogues for these issues are by Adolph Koeppel and Ray Manners (K&M).
The stamped paper with the large design is K&M 54, 4 annas black, and the catalogue states they were first issued 1880-85.
The smaller stamps glued on are K&M 21 (1 anna black), K&M 22 (2 annas black) and K&M 23 (4 annas black). These are dated in the catalogue as 1890-1900.
These issues are crudely locally printed, and each design, including those of the same value, differs in size, printing and lettering.
These are not particularly scarce, but with this number of stamps on the document, maybe would sell for US$20-30, possibly a bit more. |

Peterh, are you certain the ones dated on the catalogue are the same ones? The regular bundi dagger stamps don't look like these ones I posted. The following is an example of the 1898 Bundi definitive dagger stamp... |

Yes, they are the ones in the catalogue. These are revenue issues, not postage stamps.
The last one you showed is a postage stamp, although may be a forgery as the colour appears wrong to me. |

pennyblackie, cannot you understand the difference between Bundi "Court Fee" and "Postage" stamps? The stamp last shown is a crude forgery of Bundi 1898 4A SG 17. If you own it, immediately ask for full refund from the seller. |

Joy, I don't own any of these, someone is selling this on an online platform in Singapore and I was just curious as to their value (if any worth mentioning). |
