Help With Angolan 1976 Revenue Collection Value

I am hoping someone may be able to suggest where I can receive a value estimation for my Angolan 1976 revenue collection. I'm afraid 'revenues' are not an area that I know a great deal about, and there is scant information on the web. What I do know is they were issued as a general revenue stamp for the wide-ranging reconstruction tax (funds for recovery following the 1975 war of independence against colonial Portuguese rule), which, in effect, replaced stamp duty. I've struggled to find anyone who may know what I have, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated

If they were mine and I didn't want them for my collection I'd put them up on ebay at a low starting price and hope for the best.
