I have a collection of 1900 -1919 stamps Washington franklin and series
A bit puzzled by some

I'm in Ballarat and have a specialized I can let you flick through but for franklin Washington series, go to the stamp smarter page and the Swedish tiger as well
They are your best reference and easiest to understand ....and one of those precision multi gauges
