The only information I have: these are privately overprinted stamps of Russian offices in Turkish Empire, overprinted by Russian Company of Navigation and Trade ROP&T. They are mentioned in Scott Classic, but no number or value given.

You can buy them on ebay.

What you need to do is contact Cherrystone or Raitan Stamp Auction firms and they can help you to establish a price or value , both firms have excellent Russian stamp experts .There may be known faults in those overprints .
