Any idea of what these are and any value. They were in an old US revenue lot I bought at auction. Thanks a bunch !!

The first four are Russian, the last six are Belgian. You might find the values on www.stampworld.com . The ones in the middle are probably Arabian?

Middle ones are Iran, Scott# B31-B35.

The Belgian stamps are also Semi-postals. They are a complete set from 1962 (Scott cat #B705-11). 2016 SCV was $5.85 for the set.
