Here is a couple more stamps in question.
This is an information from Scot Catalog:"In 1904 a series was surcharged as above, but with "Centavos" spelled out. About the same time No. 122 was surcharged "1 cent." and "1901," "1902" or "1904." All of these surcharges were made to fill a dealer's order and none of the stamps was regularly issued or used.
Can this be genuine stamps? Especially inverted one?
