I stand by my original ID.

It is #84, not #64.

The stamp shown is in krones. #64 is in guldens.

I do concede. The monitary unit is as you stated.
Where I've got a problem is that the space around the 2 is blank or clear was as #84 appears to be shaded in that area in Scott's illustration.

Mike, I still outnumber you by about 10000 to 1 when it comes to being wrong. If I had 1c for every time I was wrong, I'd be a millionaire; no, a multi-millionaire; no, a billionaire... oh well, time to throw another penny in the pot.

And Mike, I truly commiserate regarding the illustrations. Some of Scott's illustrations are better left out...

The pics in the color catalogs are much much better -- but the color catalogs have their own set of drawbacks.

Can I jump into discussion?

Here are the pictures of designs in question from 2008 scott catalog

I do not really see much difference in the shading around digit. But my question is, if it is a A13 design with different currency it would be a whole different animal from #64, like #64 with additional letter, right?

Ziggy......

......I agree with Kim....it's definitely #84....compare it with the illustration of Austria Offices in the Turkish Empire...#36, 37 & 38......without the overprint the illustration matches your image.....it's quite different from the A18 image but A18 is the id # for #36, 37 & 38.
