Hello, I am a new community member and not familiar with revenue stamps, but this one caught my eye due to the receipt it is on. And the location on Tahrir square.
Interesting? Common?
Also my first scanning and sizing to meet the specs, so that may not be so good.

I welcome your feedback and information.

Opinion:
Stamp is reasonably common, but on piece like that, very nice.
No idea on value.

Revenues.

Rod,
The stamps in the bottom row in your pic are official stamps (two of them are upside down). They are listed in Scott.

thank you, they are indeed. My bad.
Not my scan, however I use it for the unusual "hand" revenues, as a personal reminder.
I have cropped out the officials from the image.
