First stamp is position 3R1L. The last one may be #22. Top line appears broken. |

jaxom, the top line looks weak but not broken to me. Might even be #18 (the lower right plume looks too complete for a Plate 12 Relief B, upon closer inspection). |

+1. Bucking the current trend, I'm going with a Ty.IIIa from plate 11. At least those in my collection have a slight dent in the top label between the "P" and "O", and I see something similar here.
Also note the lack of color indicating the dreaded peroxide rash. Probably used to remove a pen cancel.
Note to newbies, if you dip your stamps in peroxide you might as well toss them in the trash. Here a Ty.IIIa with a pen cancel would still be worth ~$200, and now it's a throw-away item. In fact, all these stamps appear to have peroxide rash, the 3rd from the top still showing faint pen cancels across the face. Very sad. |

AJ, I think the top ornaments are too complete for this to be a Plate 11 relief A or B stamp. |
