Send this booklet to Robin Harris at UNITRADE to get his expert opinion with what I was seeing.

Mister Harris classifies it as a BK74f...Missing numeral ones...Thanks again to Unitrade.

Now I know I have 4 more some place in my pile of stamps..The hunt begins..haha

Robert

Robert, I have the same one of them.

A fellow collectors widow gave it to me for appraising her deceased husbands collection. I did not want to charge her and I did not get to buy it, but still ended up with a nice item. He bought them at P.O. from vending machine but ran out of change after only getting two.

I have several of them as well, in various states of "missing" - that issue was terrible for its quality control.
