Found it today in my Bulgarian collection. I know that Russia has many, many with missing perforations on one side and they are pricey, but this is a Bulgarian one.
Is it listed somewhere in a Bulgarian catalog?
From 1965 issue. Normal one is Michel # 1536

That one is from the same issue. Is it cancelled but cheap for such an error.
A Russian one will be over $1000
