Can anyone please let me know what the Scott IDs are for these two stamps and if they appear genuine to you? I'd appreciate the help! Thank you! (I hope images are ok; I'm not particularly tech savvy!)

The designs correspond to Scott #11 and Scott #13. One or both could be reprints.
