i am not an expert like some on this forum but its a scott 24. to be more exact we need a better and bigger scan of the front

It's #24, Type V, relief D.

ETA: No need for guessing, Dan. Incomplete ornaments along right side of design = Type V.

You can also see vertical side scratches on the right side ornaments.

Not all #24's have those, but if one does, then it is a Ty V.

Thank you guys you are right I should have upped the size a little I just thought there was a limit of 200 k's
I will try a little bigger lets see.
