I've been straining my eyes even with a 1200dpi scan. I believe I see 4 blind perfs at the top that go from right to left, then disappear. Nothing under the partial image of the second stamp. I don't see anything around the tears at the bottom? verdicts?

Hi

Personally, I'm inclined to consider this stamp to be a poorly separated part perf. stamp, R11b.

Thank you but I believe I have found a similar stamp(s) that has some very light blind perfs which is considered "perf".

Take a look at the magnification on the linked block between the vertical pairs from the right side. (first block, lot 157)

Too bad...

It's perforated at the top. Some are blind, and several are missing but it would be considered a perforated stamp.

Probably right. Lots and lots of blind perfs. so not surprising that there are some at the top too.

Hard to tell on my tiny laptop monitor...

This many blind perfs also argues strongly against it being a part perf. Only the softer papers usually have blind perfs at all, and this many would be impossible for the hard papers of the part perfs.
