B66-67 are listed in Scott used $40 each (2015). I have both stamps on a special rectangular paper with the logo for the Louvre Museum and canceled there in 1937. The bottom says that it commemorates Paris art works July-November 1937 in French. Does anyone have a French catalog that lists the value? See attached pic.
