I don't know what these comments aiming at...
I just like to introduce philatelic materials to people who respect them.
Just for a info (and some education), I'm going to write below an example of analysis.
The Base:On every street worldwide, the price of the current postcards is about 1.50, no matter currency $, € or £.
On this basis, the cards from the 1970's and 1980's (the close past) can be priced at 2.00-2.50. Further, the 1950's (defined as the mid distance past), the cards of this period can be priced 3.00-3.50.
Reaching the decades 1920's, 30's and 40's, we can speak for 4.00-5.00 per card and definitely the products of the early 20th century (1900-20) lead the price to 5.00+. And this is only the starting point - the base in understanding materials that brings the history of civilization.
Then we turn to experts to add the additional value. Never forget that all these products are in some way priceless documents, so, just some brief clues:
Card 1: Karlskirche, Vienna 1914. It shows a street crossing in front of the church. Nowadays there is a garden and in this exactly place there is an oval water pool which is in famous ensemble with the church. Who created this pool? When it was placed here?!?! So we have here historic evidence captured.

14.00Card 2: Schwarzenbergplatz, Vienna 1914. Wow, we have the square before placing here, exact at the centre, the Red Army monument. No need to mention some other things like developing the tramway system etc.

17.00Card 3: Kursalon, Vienna 1916. Just at a glance, the experts can see the documentation of the facade of this famous building captured in the early 20th century. Many details on this facade were changed since then. The same for the garden. Priceless document when starting restorations or things like that.

14.00Card 4: Thalheim bei Wels 1924. This is a small town just next to the city of Wels, seen in the background. What we have here...wow, the postcard captures the landmark Marienwarte on the hill before its extensive development. I think Bruckhofstraße (street) and Angerstraße (street) even don't exist on this photo.
The card is in basis price group 4.00-5.00. Let's take 5.00. The expertise add 10.00 more. The final price is $,€,£
15.00Card 5: I'm not going to comment the city hall and leave the card at it basis group price 4.00.
