Hi im beginner and usually collect stamps from ussr or europe so I have no idea if these stamps are interesting or not but its perforated from three sides is it common?

Yes, these stamps are of some interest, even though they are common. The straight edge you see on two of the stamps is a natural result of the printing process and not a rarity by any means.
