1.
Customer:
after not receiving by date they said it should arrive. I contacted them and they said :It must have gotten lost: My acct was charged the day I ordered Oct 10th... By Cheryl Ann Seeley on October 29, 2018.

we are truly sorry that you live in a perfect world, the USPS has a record of losing packages, we do not work for or control USPS and how they handle or lose packages, your package was lost in transit, get over it

2. I did not know Kuwait was a war area:
Waiting my money after hold for 45 days. Then im following for my order until I surprised the seller don't have the item????? Strange, please do the refund.
By Saleh on October 24, 2018.

Learn to read what we wrote, we shipped the item and Kuwait is a war area and we can't help if it was lost over there, no insurance company will insure your country due to massive claims which is why most will not ship there, we now will not ship to your country, very high risk
By modlowarvai on October 24, 2018.

15% of their feedback for the month is negative.

Hey, if you paid via credit card and did not get merchandise, get a hold of card company and have charges reversed or cancelled. I say no goods- no payment. Also, most card companies have a 90 day purchase protection plan against loss or damage or theft. Another angle to look at getting reimbursed. "Lost in mail" according to them!

Good luck.

Mike

Apologies - I did not make this clear. I wasn't the customer. I think how I ran into this was I was checking if there were sellers on Amazon selling embargoed stamps (North Korea, Iran, etc...) and I came across this guy. I then saw that he was selling something like 30,000 items - then went over to the feedback portion - and ran into the gems below. Although I haven't done business with this entity, I did reach out to Amazon and provided them with the replies below. They've been suspended from ebay, the domains have been suspended (modlow-arvai.com and mastamps.com) and they've also been suspended from another stamp board. They started a change.org petition to get reinstated on ebay - but apparently the whole family are involved in scamming people.
Anyway - it's just amazing. And the fact that folks are still buying from this company even more baffling.
