I have no idea what this is. I cannot find it in any of my catalogs. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice Postmark !
New Discovery...only codes known on database are FF77 and NN79

Pre printed Postal Stationery
It is a newspaper wrapper, mutilated fragment.

I have found at least 50 new Postmarks for the database, I have emailed Mr. Oliver on a few occasions without reply. Nothing we can do, regrettably.
