The top two are local stamps for the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition. You won't find them in Scott, however, they are listed in the Edifil catalog for Spain. If I read the Edifil catalog right, they were obligatory on Barcelona mail for a period. That makes them a kind of local postal tax stamps.
The Madrid Industrial Exposition label is mentioned in Scott under Spain. If you do an SCF search, you'll find a lot of information about the Madrid labels.
The Barcelona stamps were an obligatory surtax on all domestic mail from the Barcelona province. The money, was suposed to be to pay for the 1929 exhibtion deficit.
