I think I have ID'd this perfin accuratley but its cut off a bit. Do you agree T & B? Seems to tie with the San Francisco cancel and Tillman & Bendel (produce company)
And I think the coloration is consistent with a #400 (not 400A).
Right on the perfin ID, it is listed on the 10cent in the PREPER catalog. Colors are difficult on PC monitors but I think this is the orange 400A. Also the PREPER catalog only lists the UP precancel, so this is a new find (!)
Thank you Chasa. An yes 400A - Orange for sure now that I looked at some better comparisons. And interesting that it's a new find on the precancel combo.
