Can someone help on this cover? I am unable to precisely identify the item due to envelope paper color. Any thoughts on the double line maltese cross cancellation and postmark?

What would be a reasonable value for this cover. I have an offer of $20 for it good for the next 24 hours. I read at the United Postal Stationary Society that the catalogue value is $180. I have no clue.

Found this envelope. Mailed from one of the ships involved in the search for Amelia Earhart. This one is dated 7/8/37. The other two are dated 7/6/37 and 7/7/37.
