Paper For Internal Revenue Stamps

What is the best way to determine the paper used on the revenue stamps?Is this printed on green paper? Thank You.

No, sorry, those stamps are not on green paper.

The green paper as described in the Scott Specialized catalog is actually more of a blue-green color, and it is frequently found un-evenly applied. In other words, the greenish cast to the paper is not 100% smooth and even.

The green paper is not a deep forest green color, but is more of a blue-green tinge.

The paper is very thin and crisp and hard.

Lastly, as far as I am aware, no multiples of the green paper varieties exist, especially not a larger block such as you show.
