The scan is not sharp enough for us to be able to determine which of the 3 cent greens these are but the are not the grilled issue which is the only one worth more than a nickle

Below is a rather busy hotel cover posted in 1885 and has the NY Sta. E postmark with year date below and between the killer and the CDC. I got it from a collector who was wild about carrier backstamps.

Station E postmarks are rather common. Your cover has two 3-cent stamps paying the six-cent UPU rate to England, common during this period.

No, your cover is addressed to Camden, NJ, a double weight domestic letter.
