The press sheet of 400 is cut into 4 panes of 100 for retail sale. This stamp is from the upper left corner of the lower right pane.
This is all explained in the Scott US Specialized catalog via the diagrams in the introductory and booklet panes sections.

These types of topic titles are NOT helpful and I consider them "clikbait" vs real topics.

"Is this a 2 cent Washington Shield Upper left booklet pane with guide line?" would be a much more valuable title.
