The ink offset specks on the reverse are one of the signs of a flat plate press printing. Flat Press + Perf 11 = Scott #552. I have found that my eyes/mind can trick me when looking at precise measuring - even if I set my calipers at the 'right' answer, and lay them up against what I am measuring, it is easy to convince myself that the thing being measured is 'right'. A fraction of a millimeter is REALLY REALLY small!!
Measuring should be done against the coils, the 594 against the horizontal coil and the 596 against the vertical coil. The designs have to be the exact same size, as does the color.
