$1.80 Naats'ihch'oh Coil: Another Printing Masterpiece From Canada Post

Earlier this year I was impressed enough with the printing quality of the $1.20 Point Pelee coil stamp to inquire here on SCF about how it was technically achieved

Several weeks ago I received the $1.80 Naats'ihch'oh Park coil as franking on an ebay lot. In removing the stamp from its envelope, I got another surprise. It is printed on the reverse side. The printing appears as a very light gray tone under ordinary light, but its effect is more dramatic under ultraviolet light, as shown in the scan below.

The full stamp measures 25mm x 21mm.

Printed on the reverse side? What part of Canada did it come from? The back of all self stick Canadian coils have that repeating Canada at right angles print all over them. They started this towards the end of 2016 if memory serves me right for security purposes. And if you use the longwave uv light on the front I believe it will have the yellow tag on margins.
