Your caliper is at an angle to the bottom edge of the stamp, which is undoubtedly giving you an inaccurate reading.

You can put the calipers away, the dimensions and tolerances are not accurate enough to help you identify your stamp. Trying to measure your stamp is the LAST thing you should be looking at. What are the perforations of your stamp? A 596 is perforated 11 x 11. Here are some links which might help you.

Your stamp does not appear to be 11 x 11. Here is your stamp with the top perfs compared to the side perfs; they are not the same.

Tout d'abord, je m'excuse pour la forme de mes phrases en anglais s'il y a des erreurs.
j'ai repris des nouvelles mesures plus precis pour m'aider a trouver le scott et la valeur de ce timbre. la dimension et de 19.25 mn sur 22.5 mn et sa perforation et d'un peu moin de 11.5 sur un peu plus de 10.75 .sur le verso du timbre semblerait qu'il n'y ait pas de tache d'encre.
je vous remercie d'avance pour votre aide.
