I'm trying to figure out if this is a US Scott #25 or #26 Washington three cent stamp.
I believe it is a U.S. Scott #25 Washington Type I or U.S. #26 Washington Type III.
The borders are only on the side and runs non stop up and down. The stamp is perforated. The border on the right side looks it wasn't perforated correctly or that's just the paper used. I lined it up on the computer and either that was a very messed up perforation or someone cut it or the edge of the paper.
The confusing part is the two border so close to each other on the right side. I measured it and the two borders are one perforation wide. I'm looking at other scott 26 stamp panes but they are not remotely printed so close together for this to be a scott 26.
What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated. Sorry for the quality but somehow this is the best my printer/scanner can do.
