Got a collection from a bloke in Finland, lucky me. Flipping through and not being used to USA stamps, I like to group by year and, I can't tell much difference the difference except the perforation, and some of the detail on the hair. I tried using the 2c tool but I couldn't get it to work :( Can I get some help on ID and year, valuation please?
