I have two examples showing partial doubling. They seem more akin to a 'kiss print' to me though.

Bobby De La Rue - good to see your examples - similar doubling on top right of the 2d albino block in the auction links.

There is another variety not mentioned here yet.
In the notes under the OS overprints in the Stanley Gibbons catalogue it states that varieties exist with the 'O' in 'OS' sideways:
