Hi
I'm debating whether to consider this a Revenue Stamp or not. I know it is a receipt for prepaid telephone service. I'm trying to determine what timeframe to place this type of item in. The date on the Postmark is not clear other than the month of August. I believe I see 05 but don't know if that is the day or year. Does anyone know what years this stamp may have been used?
