The bottom perfs are not matching to your gauge, so assuming you are comparing to a perf gauge 10 at the bottom this is not 10x10 (although there are definitely some 10x10 stamps of this design in Scott - look again), If 11x10, this is probably a 540. Also, this stamp has a really bad vertical crease ending in a tear at bottom (at minimum) so probably worthless.
