Kindly go through the attachment for the stamp & kindly let me know it is rare & value of the stamp as I had visited they mentioned it is very rare but I was not able to find the value.
It s not rare, it is a very, very common (and damaged) stamp. Whatever website lead you to believe it was rare is horribly wrong. Stamp collecting is fun and educational, but the overwhelming majority of stamps are common and carry little value. Don
