Torn Red Stamp Unable To Find The Stamp

Dear Sir,

I have attached one torn red stamp, I am not able to know this stamp is from which country, can somebody help me to know the stamp name & is it a rare stamp stamp & value.

It's from Austria (year 1908)
It's very common and would have no big value even if it was not torn.

The name of the country is actually on the stamp, curving around from the left side of the portrait, along the bottom and then up the right side: Ostereichische Post (with an umlaut - two small dots above the "O")which, in German, means Austrian Post. The inscription along the top half means Kaiser and King, the titles of the gentleman whose portrait is on the stamp: Franz Josef.

PS: Both my 25 Heller "Ultra" do not seem to match, I have a bright blue, and a Violet Blue...possible chemically altered.
