Hello everyone, I'm new to this site. Just a quick question regarding scott #63 stamp, the stamp is listed as perforation 12, my question is - is a horizontal perforation of 12 1/4 significant, or is it within normal tolerance of variation for perforations? I have no stamp knowledge, apologies. Thank you John
Completely normal. And there is no reason at all to apologize. You know that you do not know that much about stamps so you quite correctly came to place where folks who do know can give you a correct answer. That is exactly what you should do.
