Why send a Chevy to a Ford dealer for repair? If you have a stamp that requires a certification then I think the added cost of insured mail to the US would justify the issuing entity. In other words I wouldn't send a Chinese stamp to the BPA.
I will post a pic 91 stang, I'll just have to wait for it to land first! Its a used 114 I suspect being a 114a or a 125 I got for a buck, so no great loss if its just a regular 114. Cheers
