Yes that is a vending machine the stamp
I'm not an expert on them but I do know what they are by identification the red looks like a nice colour I would ask more questions about it I got a whole page full of them needing to do the same.

well I just found another one in the envelopes this one was in the color is quiete a bit different though on that one. im not sure what to ask. is there a chance this is a 482a or can it be ruled out

Nothing can be ruled out, but the odds of winning the lottery are just that, the odds of winning the lottery, very long.

Post a scan of the stamp both front and back and someone can help. It is difficult to tell the type from a photograph of the quality you posted.

i dont have access to a scanner at the present time here are some better close ups I hope I tried to focus on the defining areas. hopefully this helps
