The first group are officials. They were issued in different years (up to 1962) and can be told apart by the size of the dotted circle and the date of use. There are some better ones; please give us the circle measurements and let us see each one and we can identify them.
The second stamp is from 1912, the forerunner to the Pro Juventute series of semipostals. There are 3 different colors. This is the commonest, worth a couple dollars hinged.
