Interesting. Also, nothing stopping someone from picking the same as someone else. I'll draw and the box # and position # will be the stamp that goes to the person. So if you have a favorite number, and someone else has picked it already, no worries, you can have it too. ><

Well, that might have been good, but generally speaking NYE is a very LOW KEY event in Japan. There's no fireworks at midnight or anything like that. Tokyo Tower this year officially "wasn't open" and didn't do a change of year at midnight like past years. Guess the people around it wanted it quiet. Shibuya is probably the most "happening" at that point or the pubs in Roppongi. The Mayweather fight was amusing. But if you really want to come to Japan, NYE isn't like it is in most of the world. Better to come in April for the cherry blossoms if you want a real spectacular site and cultural event (hanami).
