This is an Ukrainian charity stamp for the DP camp in Rimini

DP Camp Rimini is not correct.
It is DP Camp Rom issued 15.11.1946
7 stamps in set / issued 119.600 sets

much more in catalogue Friedrich Wilhelm Lagerpost / Displaced Persons
